Freight Customer Service （2 persons）

Perform multi-directional (import/export) and multi-Gateway (FRA and LGG) tasks in order to effectively service the full scope of customer needs.

Determine method of transportation/shipping and prepare bills / invoices and other documents.

Assist clients in planning of transit times and routes, receive bookings

and trace lost or misdirected cargo shipments.

Follow operations policies, procedures, standards, including safety procedures/policies for

handling of hazardous material, and ensure compliance with transport regulations.

Coordinate with Custom House Broker / trucking companies as appropriate

Job requirements

1. More than one year of air freight logistics operation experience, with good communication and coordination skills;

2. Skilled use of office software such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPIONT;

3. Proficiency in English and German, with logistics operation experience preferred

4. Careful and meticulous, down-to-earth and rigorous, organized, logical, strong execution and team spirit.

2．Job description

Airline airport operations（1 person）

Located at Frankfurt Airport. Fully guarantee the smooth operation of flight ground operations.

Work with GHA to monitor ULD assembly and disassembly.

Collaborate with colleagues to monitor the loading and unloading of aircraft. And real-time feedback information and handle exceptions.

Give professional operation advice for special goods (for example, DGR).

Coordinate and deal with the customs issues of imported and exported shipments.

Maintain communication with the Frankfurt Airport operations team to ensure smooth operation of all links.

Job requirements

1. More than 5 years of aviation ground agent operation experience.

2. Having undergone necessary vocational training and obtained relevant aviation industry vocational certification.

3. Proficiency in English and German

4. Diligent and down-to-earth, with team spirit.

5. Airlines or ground handling agent working experience have priority.

3. Job description

Financial officer（1 person）

Responsible for collating and checking the bills of partners and customers. （FRA and LGG）

Coordinate and deal with related financial issues involving headquarters and regions.

Monitor and verify the daily expenses of the team.

Work in accordance with the overall financial requirements of the group.

Job requirements

1. Have relevant financial experience. Be responsible for the confidentiality of company financial information.

2. Capable of transnational coordination and problem solving.

3. English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
