Yourrole and responsibilities:

• Especially silver sinter paste for electronic packaging customers in Greater China, e.g. for power electronics, advanced packaging, and automotive market.
  
• You execute projects and fulfill customer/market requirements in a timely manner by following scientific and statistical approaches.
  
• In this position you lead projects and work together with other departments/functions to test and qualify the paste, communicate efficiently and resolve issues.
  
• You take the project through to scale up production by following established procedures.

Faurecia Seating_Designer (Wuxi)

Entry Level Position

Responsibilities:

• Generate design concepts and produce conforming designs, parameters and calculations (provided by a project engineer or lead engineer).
• Develop feasible designs, consideringavailable manufacturing processes. Perform engineering calculations for mass,strength and mechanical performance.
• Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents.
• Foreach assigned project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied byanalysis, supporting information and recommendations.
• Insurethe accuracy of Designers' and Detailers' work by giving them clear, complete technical direction and by verifying the output.
• Leadall design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
• Maintain strong familiarity with specific customer CAD data integrity requirements andapply as required.
• Ensure that designs comply with government and customer specifications and regulations.
• Complete all assignments following prescribed schedules.
