ACT MOTOR was established in 2007 in China. At that time, our founder, Mr. Xu Xiaolong, set out to solve the problem of adopting perfect solutions for customers in the industrial CNC control market. We have been committed to providing customers with professional and innovative solutions. Our main products include micro motors and drivers, including closed-loop stepper motors, stepper motors, BLDC motors, etc. Due to the spread of Covid-19, the precision linear stepper motors and modules currently have been put on the market and received recognition from customers in the medical industry.

As the first branch of the Chinese parent company in Germany, in order to strengthen our German sales team, we are looking for potential and professional sales people.

Your tasks:

·       Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships

Include:

Keep regular contact with existing customers, give professional advice for existing customers questions, share company and items' information with existing customers

·       New customer acquisition

Include:

According to tagert markets, search and contact new customers by post,by phone, by e-mail and visit potential new customers.

·       Stand service and visits

Include:

Visit customers and face to face solve customers' questions when it is necessary(when Covid-19 is solved);

and according to regional market development, take part in exhibitions.

·       Analysis of preliminary sales data:

include:

Regularly report sales data to the sales manager, put forward preliminary analysis results, assist the sales manager in formulating and improving sales plans, and help the sales department to achieve sales goals

·       Customer support:

Include:

Provide support for customers from Germany and other countries in the European Union through telephone, email, and even video conferences

·       Team cooperation in sales department:

include:

Assist other sales staff to complete their projects

Your qualification:

·       Sales experience is an advantage

·       Serious, careful and responsible work attitude

·       Friendly, good communication skills

·       Patient, innovative negotiation skills

·       Complete business training, ideally major in mechanics, major in electronics

·       Language requirements: professional German listening, speaking, reading and writing skills , and fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

·       A firm and independent working style oriented to meet customer needs

·       Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
