01Job Description：

As a Vertriebsinnendienst / Inside Sales  you will be responsible for providing intensive support and service to customers and business partners from the home appliances, industrial, automotive, and new energy sectors. You will be focusing on supporting Sales team with project management and sales & marketing activities. You duties will be:

• Direct support for our new and existing customers and business partners,
• Support sales team with projects following- up throughout the whole business cycle, starting from inquires, quotations, sample request till business closure.
• Interface to our sales team, technical team, R&D, and logistics.  
• Regular update of project lists and sales documents, preparation of sales statistics for business review
• Support Team with other sales and marketing activities
  
  

02Qualifications：

• You will typically have a university degree in business administration or an equivalent education,
• Professional experience in customer service, ideally in an international trading company,
• Confident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP system and SAP will be a plus,
• Business fluent English and German, Chinese will be a plus,
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented personality with intercultural skills,
• Strong service orientation, willingness to help and enjoy working in a team.

01职位描述：

• 专注于支持销售团队的项目管理和销售及市场活动。
• 负责为家电、工业、汽车和新能源领域的客户和业务伙伴提供深入的支持和服务
• 协助销售团队追踪整个业务周期的项目。
• 协调销售团队、技术团队、研发部门和物流部门的沟通。
• 定期更新项目进度表和销售文件，整理销售统计数据。
• 支持团队的其他销售和营销活动
  
  

02职位要求：

• 大学学位或同等学历。
• 熟悉国际贸易知识，有2-3年的国际销售助理经验。
• 熟练运用MS Office，Excel，PPT等办公软件。有ERP系统和SAP的经验者优先。
• 英语和德语流利，会中文者优先。
• 沟通能力强，学习能力强，工作态度认真仔细。
• 强烈的服务意识，乐于助人，喜欢在团队中工作。
  
  

03工作性质：

• 工作时间：半职，20小时/周，周一至周五，8:30-12:30
• 工作地点：Kriftel Taunus
