Our EMEA team is comprised of over 60 experienced and highly motivated colleagues of ten nationalities, working in the dynamic and fast-growing environment of a start-up, with the background and security of a multinational enterprise.
We continue to grow and are looking for a Media Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Düsseldorf at the earliest possible date.
What you will do
-        Paid Media
•        Lead and support the implementation of our paid media strategies to align with business goals;
•        Guide the team to define and execute paid media campaign plans for different markets;
•        Measure and optimize our paid media campaigns by using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and other sources reports;
•        Lead and support the implementation of SEA&SEO Strategies and tactics;
•        Co-work with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
•        Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of the team;
•        Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying;
•        Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation.

-        Social Media
•        Lead and support the implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals;
•        Guide the team to develop social calendar and social media campaigns;
•        Set up KPIs and OKRs for owned social media accounts management and social media campaigns;
•        Monitor owned account & social campaigns and analyzes data obtained;
•        Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

What you will need
•        Previous working experience as a Media Manager for? year(s)
•        A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
•        In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
•        Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
•        Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
•        Excellent organizational and time management skills
•        Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
