We are currently looking for an
Sales OperationPlanning Manager EU
Location:Munich, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and oversee end-to-end managementof operational processes in Europe. Develop and oversee operational plans tomeet customer demand during peak seasons, ensuring optimal resource allocationand capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with the operations, logistics, andsales management teams in both HQ and the EU to forecast demand, develop productionschedules, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement initiativesto enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, andchallenges in the operational process and proactively propose solutions tomitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company policies, while driving continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration,partnering with teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to alignoperational plans with business strategies.
- Provide regular reports on operationalperformance, highlighting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years’ previousexperience within a similar role in the solar business industry
· Bachelor's degree in a relatedfield (e.g. supply chain management, operations management) or equivalentpractical experience.
· Strong analytical skills, with theability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informeddecision-making.
· Excellent organizational andproject management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesand meet deadlines.
· Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using operationalplanning software and tools, e.g. advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to adapt quickly todynamic environments and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Languages
ProficientEnglish language skills. Chinese or German is a plus.
