Positions:
Senior
Vision Algorithm Development Engineer, Advanced Engineering

Major Job Responsibilities

• Development of new computer vision based algorithms for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in automotive applications.
• Initiate, organize, and manage R&D projects
• Working with local universities, government agencies, and technical committee.
• Initiate, plan and support customer programs.
• Closely work with other Advanced Engineering unit of Delphi worldwide.
• Lead and train new engineers
• Transfer advanced vision algorithms from Delphi worldwide to local unit.

Qualifications

• High degree of initiative and responsibility.
• MS degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Ph.D. is preferred.
• Demonstrated research success in the algorithm development of object detection, pattern recognition, Feature detection, extraction, and classification. Experience with tacking algorithm is preferred.
• Strong software programming skill in C/C++ and Matlab to implement and verify complex algorithms.
• Great technical passion, be able to learn new technologies quickly
• Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and clear verbal communication skills are required
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English
• Strong communication and cross group collaboration skill
