未到慕尼黑便惨遭骗子（附细节望小心）恳求收留五月~九月

谢谢各位的关心，虽然这些天倒霉事不断（公司合同出了点问题，签证还没好，房子没找到），但相信风雨后总是晴天...
小弟觉得应该附上骗子的行径、手段，以让想在德国找房子的后来人多个心眼，别上当了。以下是该骗子引诱我上钩的一些细节以及告诫：

1、找房子千万千万不要急，即使时间再急再紧也不能草率相信对方。我从三月份找到四月中，苦于一直没结果，变得有些急躁。当看到网站上贴出一房屋广告，地址价钱都很符合我要求，联系了房主不到24小时我便汇了订金...现在想想真是太幼稚了....

2、该广告是用英语登的，后来听一些朋友说，骗子多是用英语登的广告，来骗那些刚到德国不懂德语的人。。。（唉，后悔没早点看到这些帖）

3、在我要求看房的情况下，房东告诉我她现在不在慕尼黑，被公司派往外地，要XX时间后才回来。（这XX时间刚好是我到慕尼黑的时候，所以无法期间看房）

4、骗子不断地提醒我，有很多人对她的房屋很感兴趣，而她只选那个最认真对待，最快交订金的人，以此来诱导我产生一种急促心理，害怕房子被别人先抢了而去交了订金。与此同时，为了让我相信她，骗子在下一封邮件便发了她的个人生活照，护照的扫描件给我看，为了让我放心，同时也让我发了生活照和护照扫描给她。我还真就放心了，急匆匆去交了...（后来想想还真是傻，骗子可以很容易得拿到别人提供给她的护照以及生活照来骗我...）所以，什么证件都是假的，见到人，见到房子，见到有效合同才是真。。。。

5、骗子让我把款额汇到其他地方，而不是慕尼黑，她给我个英国的地址，说那人是她妈妈。而且，上面那人的姓跟她是一样的。这又是个让我相信她的圈套了。。。（找个同姓的朋友假扮她妈妈，并不难....)

6、骗子在我汇出订金之后的同一天，便告诉我，我申请的同时，还有另外一个竞争者，他愿意先交3个月的房租，并告诉我如果我也可以先交两个月房租，房屋便是我的。直到这时我才意识到不对劲了。于是我便开始跟她磨嘴皮子，她先从预交两个月房租，到预交一个月，再是预交300欧，再是200欧，各种手段，各种威逼利诱。。这次我坚决不让步了，最后的最后，她撇下一句，OKAY，就再没有了回音..发邮件也不回了..

这就是我想我被骗的整个过程，这中间我没有打过一个电话，没有视频过，没有见过真人，没有看到房子，仅凭一张护照，一份协议书便草率相信了她并汇了订金，实在是....事后我尝试确认这人是否是骗子，在Facebook上想加她“这个人”，发了两条站内消息，无果；尝试联系他弟弟，希望他帮我确认那人是不是真的是他姐姐，也无果...

就当是花了钱，给大家上一课吧呵呵....大家以后小心，有遇到我以上提到的状况，就要小心点了...

本人5月份到9月份要到慕尼黑实习，3月份至今一直在各网站苦苦找房未果。最近一德国人给了我较积极的回复，这就像黑暗中一丝灯光，顿时亮瞎了我眼，在其要求先交订金450欧并告知还有很多求租者竞争的情况下，未见到房子未见到房东本人的我立刻就去交了订金...现在她又催我提前交两个月房租，我没答应，她就再无回复了。。。看来我的450欧是回不来了....当交了学费了...

绝望啊...

忠告大家找房须谨慎的同时，也想寄最后的希望在这里..

希望有好心人能提供房源..

说说自己情况，本人男，目前在法国读研究生，如上文所说，5月份到9月份会到慕尼黑实习。本人作息时间正常，不抽烟不喝酒，无不良嗜好，为人好相处。

现想找 最好靠近Bogenhausen区的，要不在U4线旁的，要不靠近地铁站的房子，对房子设施没有什么要求，希望房租不要超过400欧..

有房源想合租的也可以来找我。

对的对的，还有和房子完全不相关的生活照

信大致内容差不多，和第一封比较相似，很有很有可能是同个人，这骗子说她妈妈叫Rebecca, 在英国。

I've attached some pictures of the apartment to this mail and i hope you will like it?The bedrooms is fully furnished..it"s also have a private bathroom,a deck,bedspread,and also in the sitting room their is a  plasma TV, wireless high-speed broadband internet service,fully fitted kitchen, and comes with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster,microwave & all pots & pans & cutlery.Cleaners come to the property every 2 weeks.

apartment,but she is presently in London, UK due to her work..

The exact address is : Arabellastraße 15, 81925 München, Germany

The lease is -Euro300/month/Room including the
utilities,fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, internet charges and others.
---Euro450 for the security deposit which is refundable during the
departure time from the room.

I will like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat ?
Am confidently assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when
you come into the flat while you will have your private
bathroom,toilet and kitchen.

遇到过相同的经历。 我没有损失金钱 却在开始的时候向对方泄露了我的护照信息。 以至于后来被慕尼黑警方以涉嫌房屋交易欺诈而请去做笔录。。。。  护照信息要小心保管~
