去英国开会+旅游该申请何种签证？

2 I1 d/ y; m% W" ^想请教坛子里的去过英国的兄弟姐妹，我7月份去英国开会，之后想在英国玩几天，该办visitor签证还是business签证？而且我看到申请网页上说：

9 G  w, y% C4 w) n& t! XIf you have temporary permission to stay (for example, as a visitor) in the country where you are currently living, you cannot apply for most types of UK visa in that country. You can only apply for:
1 S1 s( `8 W$ y+ i8 K; D
! n; k6 x4 j6 B- o# Z) D8 V( q    a visitor visa
    a Tier 5 (Temporary worker - creative and sporting) visa
    an EEA family permit

$ b( l$ }: s! ?: P/ {4 M9 c+ @, P我是学生，持中国护照，没有入籍也没有长居，那是不是我只能申请visitor签证？但是好像visitor签证的话又不允许你在英国参加会议啥的。。。那我到底该申请什么签证啊？急盼回复！

) q& H* x2 B$ P: gIf you have temporary permission to stay (for example, as a visitor) 这是说如果你是游客访客就不行了 凡是拿到resident permit的都算长期居留许可

( t/ S- i4 a5 b$ \0 s$ u  V既然开会 就办business吧

6 Z/ m, J% f8 a7 j9 J  G英国签证最少有效期半年 而且多次入境 你现在申请 3月底就能出来估计 奥运都能去看了 呵呵
