Application Engineer (m/f/d) for mobile machinery electronics in Krefeld

Actively shape tomorrow's technological progress and products! In our Competence Center Electronics & Software, intelligent automation and assistance systems, energy management for drives and functional safety assurance solutions for various machines are being developed. As Application Engineer (m/f/d), you can do a great deal with your know-how and your ideas. You can participate in our transition to the next generation of application software solutions for mobile machinery.



Your Tasks
You ensure high-quality, state-of-the-art applications by designing automation solutions for mobile machines and implementing modern automation architectures.
Furthermore you program on the basis of IEC 61131 (e.g. CoDeSys).
You confidently test software modules and software components and validate them on HIL systems or on-machine.

Your Profil
You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering or computer science or a comparable field of study.
During several years of experience in the field of application engineering, you have already been able to acquire specific programming knowledge in IEC 61131, with an emphasis on structured text and gained comprehensive experience in the area of industrial fieldbuses (in particular CANopen) and practical experience in machine automation.
Your good English helps to communicate in an international team.
