International (Europe) Marketing Director Job Requirements

Job Title: International Marketing Director (Europe)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and study the relevant policies, market status and risk assessment of the international market (Europe), and participate in the company's international sales management discussions and decisions;

2. According to the overall strategic plan of the company, organize the formulation of the company's international market (Europe) strategic plan and the management plan for international business development;

3. On a regular basis, according to the development of the international market (Europe), combined with the actual industry conditions, regional characteristics, and policy conditions, put forward improvement opinions and promotion plans for the company's international market layout;

4. Responsible for the company's international market (Europe) sales, specializing in the development and maintenance of the Volkswagen Group's market, maintaining government and partner relationships, integrating related resources, and promoting the company's brand;

5. Responsible for the construction of the international market (Europe) team, and promote the introduction of the company's talent team and reserve training;

6. Responsible for the company's product marketing, sales strategy formulation and sales performance achievement, and carry out relevant business work and goal achievement according to the company's needs.

job requirements:

1. Experience requirements: 10 years or more experience in product development and project management of vehicles or parts, or experience in the sales of vehicles or parts in the international OEM market, with international marketing and marketing management capabilities;

2. Skill requirements: Familiar with the relevant policies of the international market (Europe), laws and regulations of relevant countries and the actual situation of the international market; familiar with the characteristics and development process of automobile and parts products, with knowledge of marketing, negotiation, process management, product sales, etc.;

3. Quality requirements: good logical thinking and planning skills, interpersonal understanding and communication skills, and risk awareness. Possess a strong sense of teamwork, can work under pressure, and be good at building and improving teams.

4. Nationality requirements: German priority, Other nationalities can be considered.

5. Work place: Europe (Germany, France or Italy)

6. Direct supervisor: General manager

7. 2-4 rounds of interviews

8. Experience in product R&D, project management or sales in vehicle companies such as Volkswagen and Stellantis, or suspension-related auto parts companies such as Sachs, Tenneco, Marelli, and Konecranes are preferred.

岗位要求：

1、经验要求：具有10年及以上汽车整车或零部件产品开发、项目管理经验，或者国际市场整车或零部件销售经验，具备国际化的营销和营销管理能力；

2、技能要求：熟悉国际市场的相关政策（欧洲）及相关国家的法律法规和国际市场实际情况；熟悉汽车和零部件产品特点和开发流程，具备营销、谈判、流程管理、产品销售等知识；

3、素质要求：具备良好的逻辑思考和计划力、人际理解与沟通力、风险意识。具备较强的团队意识，能承受工作压力，善于组建和完善团队。

4、国籍要求：德籍优先，其他国籍可以考虑。

5、工作地点：欧洲（德国、法国或意大利）

6、汇报对象：总经理

7、面试2-4轮；

8、具有大众汽车、Stellantis等整车企业，或者萨克斯、天纳克、马瑞利、科尼等悬架相关汽车零部件企业的产品研发、项目管理或销售经验者优先。
