Mainresponsibilities:

• Consolidation of multiple data sources to create & manage     business intelligence.
• Reporting & Intelligence builds to support commercial     decisions including but not limited to,
• Sales performance, forecast & supply management
• Marketing intelligence, KP monitoring, campaign effectiveness
• Field based Operations including Training & Promoter     performance management
• Market segment & product performance
• Financial Planning and commercial reporting
• Other ad hoc commercial data analysis projects as requested or     identified by management.
  

JobRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong numerical aptitude, withproficiency in Excel and other office software.
• Prior experience in dataanalysis, operations, or management roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skillsand a strong team-oriented mindset; ability to work in a multiculturalenvironment.
• Good command of spoken andwritten English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
