【Story】

　　在遥远的未来，那时海贼船是一种被认可的私掠船。在这样的时代中，女高中生茉莉香一边在参与宇宙快艇部的活动，一边在高级咖啡厅打工。突然，有两名男女自称是茉莉香死去的父亲的部下，邀请她担任宇宙海贼船“弁天号”的船长。根据在1世纪前的独力战争中发行的“私掠船只执照”，失去了船长的海贼船的继承权，将世袭地由其直系子孙获得。究竟等待着茉莉香的新生活是什麽呢？
