Key Tasks

•        Representative of Phyntelligence in China and represent the company in front of suppliers, partners
•        Act as bridge between Indian, German, US teams from Phyntelligence and Chinese suppliers
•        Monitor the program deliverables on ongoing basis and provide weekly report to Phyntelligence
•        Act as feet on ground for any local Chinese requirements such as dealing with suppliers, banks, logistics, freight and customs
•        Organize the shipment of goods as and when required, do a pre-checkup as per quality list and make sure that the supplier is providing quality components
•        Represent Phyntelligence in online meetings and help bridge the communication gap
•        Weekly progress meetings with the Chinese suppliers to make sure project is on track as per the timeline
•        Highlight/escalate any potential issue which may hamper the project
•        On ground organization in case of company executives visit to China for meetings etc.
