Huawei’s European Research Center (ERC) in Munich is responsible for advanced technical research, architecture evolution design and strategic technical planning. We are currently looking for a Intern Master/Bachelor Student (m/f) to contribute to the development of ourHuawei  Energy Competence Center Europe (HECCE), which will play an important role in designs and develops power converters and control systems for applications advanced high density/high efficient ac-dc and dc-dc power supplies in Huawei Network Energy Business Unit.

You will be part of HUAWEI Energy R&D Competence center in Nuremberg.

Your Responsibilities:
§  Support  to finish some electrical circuit debugging work
§  Implement some electrical tests under instruction
§  Support R&D project management as assistant
§  Support R&D laboratory management
§  Help to purchase materials for R&D projects

Our Requirements:
    · Dipl. Eng. (Bachelors of Science) or master degree in Electrical Engineering
Basic knowledge of power electronic components (eg. fuse, inductor etc); Basic knowledge of switching mode power supply circuit and its control; Basic knowledge of Analog/Digital circuit design (Op-amp, Comparator, A/D,D/A etc.)
Basic Knowledge of simulation tools PSpice, SIMetrix/SIMPLIS, Saber, PSIM, MATLAB, FEMM, Maxwell 2D/3D or relevant
Some relevant project experience on practical power electronics circuit design and debug
Fluency in English (spoken and written), German is a plus, Chinese language ability is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture; Independent working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
