We have below open positions available, welcome to join us!

Job Description:
A. Handle daily office work
B. Transfer of information from our headquarter in China to sales staff in Germany according to the instruction of headquarter
C. Daily communication with third party from logistic companies, law firms, tax firms, banks etc.
D. Recruitment
E. Handling, checking monthly expense claim from sales staff and office, submit to tax firm
F. Receive order from sales people and place orders to the logistic company to deliver the cargo out
G. Made record for the attendance of the people
H. Book hotel for whom come for business trip

Qualification:
A. Careful, responsible and dedicated at work, have a good communication skill and can work independently with problems
B. Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel etc.
C. Knowledge in the field of finance, logistic, and recruitment will be preferred
D. Languages: Germany and English, Chinese is preferable but not necessary
Advanced speaking, listening and writing skills in English
