亚太区方案/投标项目经理
In this pivotal role between Sales, Operationsand Corporate Functions, we are looking for an open-minded, positive andmotivated peer thriving on opportunities to both drive top-line sales as wellas impacting bottom-line results by closely co-operating with all B2X-internalteams as well as current and potential clients.

Your key responsibilities:
·        Directcontact to current and potential clients to discuss requirements and tailorindividual solutions
·        Collaboratewith Account Management and Business Developers when creating and presenting proposalsand responses to RfQs and informal proposal requests
·        Builda Bid Project Plan and assign tasks and input requests to internalstakeholders; track progress and follow-up with stakeholders on missing input
·        Validateand discuss input from stakeholders based on logical checks and experiences.Take ownership for Solution Creation and Documentation in Word, PowerPoint orweb-based collaboration platforms
·        BuildBusiness Cases and Bid Simulation Models in Excel; calculate and negotiatepricing
·        Ensurealignment and approval of the solution and business case across allstakeholders (incl. senior management)
·        Continuouslyrefine the scope of the proposal in the discussion with the client
·        Drivecontract negotiations
·        Handoversuccessful bids to Operations after contract signature and support operationalramp-up
·        Occasionallytake responsibility implementing and running day-to-day operations of newclient-projects
·        Designgeneric solutions for future offerings in co-operation with the ProductManagement team
主要职责
·        联系当前和潜在客户,讨论要求并定制个性化客户解决方案;
·        与客户管理和业务发展团队协作,创建和提交针对RfQ和非正式申请的提案和回复;
·        制定项目投标计划,为内部团队分配任务以及提出意见要求;跟踪任务进展情况,若相关人员未能完成任务时意见,提出要求及协助;
·        基于业务逻辑、业务经验验证,与相关人员讨论意见;在Word,PowerPoint或基于Web的协作平台中主动创立、归档解决方案;
·        在Excel中构建业务案例以及模拟出价计算模型;制定、交涉定价方案;
·        确保所有利益相关者(包括高级管理人员)对解决方案和业务案例一致认可,并获得批准;
·        在与客户的讨论中不断细化提案范围;
·        推动合同谈判;
·        合同签署后,将完成的出价方案移交给运营部门,并帮助运营推介;
·        不定期负责实施新客户项目,并负责项目的日常运作;
·        与产品管理团队合作,为未来产品设计通用的解决方案。
Your qualifications:
·        At least 1 year of work experience in project management, managementconsulting, forward or reverse logisticsbusiness, supply chain management or electronics industry; customer care experienceis beneficial but not mandatory
·        Fluent in English and Chinese verbal and writing,any additional language is a plus
·        Strong multiculture background with internationalexperiences
·        Strong analytical skills with a proven passion fordetail
·        Staminato deliver results with a strong bias for action
·        Openand positive attitude towards working within a multicultural team across theglobe; trust-building competence with a focus on expectation management
·        Identifiesthe communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with businessowners and subject matter experts.
·        Goodknowledge and experience in Business Plan creation, Process Analysis andDocumentation with Word, PowerPoint and Visio
·        Excel-savvywith experience in business modelling and simulation; Access skills aredesirable, but not mandatory
职业要求:
