                                                                Bidding Solution Manager

Job location: Munich, Germany;

MainResponsibilities:

  • Support major projects (including Projectbidding management,Solution design, SOC and so on);
  • Beable to independently develop and manage the bidding documents and execute thebidding process of complex ICT projects.
  • Understandand execute the bidding strategy, participate in solution development, preparethe ES, and consolidate and analyze quotations.
  • Identifyand drive efforts to resolve the issues in bidding operations and solutiondevelopment.
  • Ensurethat the strategy and solution are accurately and reasonably implemented,bidding documents are delivered in a complete and timely manner, and processesare executed in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Develop the solution, and conduct networkdesign, bidding, and quotation for multiple products. Collect and analyzecompetitors' information, participate in developing and executing competitionstrategy
  • Build bidding Intellectual resource,Including: SOC library (Technology, Service, Commercial and so on), Biddingdocuments(Bidding supporting documents, Qualification documents, Biddingregulations), Bidding Intellectual libraries(customeranalysis , competition analysis and so on);Build pre-sale bidding regulations & procedures, and ensure the rationalityof the business procedure; Promote pre-sale bidding tools;







Requirements:

  • Familiar with ICT products and solutions such asIP networks, DWDM, Access, Server, Storage and so on;
  • Strong sense of responsibility to finish thework in time at high quality;  
  • Good at project management, and able to drive relevantpeople to accomplish their tasks in time;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills,and positive attitude with respect to working in a multi-cultural team and intenseand complex social environment;
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Englishand at least one local European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.); Chinese language will be a plus.
  • Be able to take frequent business trips (up to 40%of working day may be spent traveling).
  • Workexperience 3-5 year,


Technical skills:

  • Wide knowledge in IP technologies (routing and switching),IT technologies (server and storage), unified communications, wireless and soon.
  • Have a understanding of enterprise ICT solutions.
  • Have the ability to translate customerrequirements to solutions and architectures.
