Job Title：Finance Manager
Direct Report to: Corporate Finance Director
Dotted line report to: Legal entity Managing Director

Responsibilities
1.        Enable proper and timely month-end closing and prepare finance report package in compliance with HGB/Chinese GAAP
2.        Make working plan, organize and inspect departmental working situation
3.        Responsible to file the tax report and annul external audit
4.        Implement internal control per Group requirement
5.        Support IPO project leaded by Corporate Finance
6.        Participate in Corporate FSSC establishment
7.        Coordinate with all departments, internal and external relationship to deal with communication and contact
8.        Be responsible for team establishment, subordinates’ allocation, training and assessment
9.        Other departmental management work

Requirements
1.        Bachelor above, finance, accounting and management related majors
2.        10 years above related working experience in manufacturing companies
3.        Accounting qualified certificate
