Warehouse data management

Job responsibilities:

1.Inspecting warehouse’s entry and exit and perform data statistics.

2.Should be familiar with warehouse system operation and provide training toothers.

3.Regular inspection of inventory data of the warehouse.

4.Responsible for the maintenance execution and statistics of returned products,discarded products and overhaul products.

5.Provide accurate daily data and statistical reports.

6.Coordinated business communication between various departments, optimize workflow,and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above.

2.Familiar with the operations of inventory information system and have richskills in process management and operation.

3.Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software; being familiar withWMS system is preferred.

4.Excellent organization, coordination, planning and communication skills, strongsense of teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Position2: Recruit position:

WarehouseOperation

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in supply chain management is preferred.

2.Experience in warehouse management, e-commerce B2C projects is preferred.

3.Familiar with the operations of the inventory system.

4.Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, hard-working and being able towork under strong pressure.

Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily business management of the warehouse, including themanagement, coordination, and control of operations such as receiving products,picking up/ loading, putting them on and off the shelves, stocktaking,returning products, etc.

2.Improve the processes of warehouse management, put forward operation standardsaccordingly, establish standardized and complete logistics and warehousingoperation reports, and effectively control the operation quality of logisticsand warehousing.

3.Supervise implementation of various management systems, check and audit staff'swork progress and being responsible for the attendance and performance of theteam.

4.Organize safety management of the warehouse, report and deal with problems orhidden dangers in time.

5.Provide necessary job knowledge training for employees.

6.Arrange the product space reasonably, so that the materials are clean, easy tooperate and easy to identify.

7.Improve the utilization of various resources in the warehouse.

8.Coordinate the working relationship with other departments, and complete othertasks assigned by supervisors.

Position 3: Recruit position:

Sales and Transportation Supervisor

Job responsibilities:

1.Developing offline retail and wholesale business, participating in theformulation of sales system, and make monthly sales plans to achieve salestargets.

2.Participate in and develop sales procedures and standards, and evaluate theemployees regularly

3.Organizing sales training and complete the practice of working methods orprocedures.

4.Negotiate and coordinate with third-party transportation companies to optimizetransportation work.

5.Tracking customer complaints and orders, and solve complaints related totransportation.

6.Tracking the arrival of all orders and improving transportation service.

7.Coordinated business communication between various departments and optimize workflow;complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major related to sales or transportation is preferred.

2.Proficient in German, fluent in English, good cross-cultural understanding, andanalytical skills.

3.Strong learning alibies, communication and negotiation skills.

4.Excellent organization, coordination, planning and communication skills, strongsense of service and teamwork, and strong ability to work under pressure.
