Drivesystem Software Development and Calibration/动力系统软件研发和标定
Your task is to integrate in our cross-functional team which forms an interface between our German headquarter of research and development, local suppliers and the BBAC plant. Your diverse tasks and responsibilities include the following:


Drivetrain software calibration and validation according to the project specific requirements      


Specification, definition, calibration and validation of drivetrain software functions

Data input and checking for related functions

Documentation of the software releases and the test specification

Guarantee of drivesystem software performance/change



Central contact person for the responsible drivetrain function global-wise for Mercedes-Benz engine projects.




First support in Market China, responsible for solving drivetrain software related problems in production as well as in the aftersales market




Globally work together with Mercedes Benz RD China, RD Germany Headquarter, MBRDI India, RD NA/P USA, MB Plants and external suppliers

Definetion of technical specification for the future drivetrain software functions

o Education


Study background in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field.




o Experience


Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with 2-3 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers

Experience with vehicle networking / automotive EE architectures preferable

Experience with powertrain/transmission calibration/ functional safety (ISO 26262) preferable



o Specific Knowledge


Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial

Knowledge of automotive drivetrain technologies and ECU software development

Knowledge of ISO 26262 beneficial

Computer skills Microsoft Office and Matlab/Simulink (Targetlink) mandatory, and calibration tools such like INCA, CANape, CANoe preferable.

Knowledge about vehicle communication architectures, FlexRay/CAN FD/LIN/Ethernet beneficial

Analytic and systematic thinking

Self-responsible working attitude and initiative

Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.

Willingness to travel inside China and abroad for training and testing trips

Driver license for passenger cars, preferable with at least 3 years driving experience.
