With the aim to assist us in our expansion on the european market, we are currently seeking for a Finance Accountant.
The position is based in Düsseldorf (Germany).

•        About the role :
In collaboration with external tax advisers as well as internal collaborators to review the VAT declaration process, your main missions will be :
•        Input the expense invoices into System for payment, Expense checking & contral against internal policy and tax law, arrange payments timely and reconciliation with vendors regularly
•        Monthly expense analysis reports, ROI analysis, cost down suggestion and implementation
•        Preparing all documents needed for the monthly tax declaration in time
•        Coorperate with tax advisor and clarify accounting details and problems
•        Carry out monthly reconciliations between VAT posted and VAT declared
•        Monthly intrashandel statistic report
•        Lettering, filing
•        Inventory management

•        Requirements :
•        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or related majors
•        Languages: Good command of English and Germany (Oral and Written), speak Chinese will be an advantage
•        Experience: Above 1 year working experience in accounting, with Gerneral Ledger or tax experience will be an advantage
•        Proficiency in MS Office, experience in SAP will be a plus
•        Able to work under pressue
•        Independence, rigour, love challenges, strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal and teamwork skills are desirable assets to success in this position  
•        We are expecting you can be on board before end of May 2022
