To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-timeemployee as a RMA Assistant (m/f/d)Place of work: Düsseldorf

YourResponsibilities:

·       Handling of inbound and outbound warehouse requirements and statusfollow up

·       Inventory of incoming and outgoing goods, as well as monthly warehouse stocktaking

·       Preparation of inbound and outbound documents

·       Communicating with freight forwarders on transportation plans andschedules, etc.

·       Handling of returned goods

·       Implementation of B2B and B2C inbound and outbound

·       Other temporary tasks assigned by the logistics team

Your Profile:

·       Experience specialized in logistics industry

·       Working experience with RMA

·       At least two continuous years of experience in Germany

·       Experience in inland transport within Germany and warehousing

·       Proficiency in office software, especially excel skill

·       Excellent reading, writing and listening skills in German or English;

·       Team spirit, conscientious and responsible, work hard and have apositive working attitude
