In 2018, the German subsidiary HanshowGermany GmbH was founded in the Düsseldorf’s Oberkassel area. To match therapid growth of our business in Europe, we are actively recruiting for Project Manager (d/f/m).

YourTasks and Responsibilities:

•       Be responsible for local projects delivery(from project planning, implementation, risk & cost control up tomaintenance service delivery) and customer satisfaction.

•       Mobilize all necessary resources forhardware delivery and installation, software & system deployment, cloudonboardings, migrations, upgrading, maintenance, and technical support, etc.

•       Organize and participate in projectmeetings (kick-off, clarification, weekly meeting,phase review, close meeting, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination andcommunication.

•       Work closely with after-sales engineers andR&D team to respond to customer’s technical requests.

•       Handle customer complaints of productproblems, and follow-up internal improvement countermeasures, fast tracking andfacilitating timely closure.

Whoare we looking for:

•       Bachelor or master degree in relevantmajors; IT-related background is preferred.

•       At least 2-3 years related workingexperience in IT or communication industry, with certain knowledge of IT orcommunication technology.

•       Strong coordination and communicationskills, able to work closely with other departments to jointly achieve projectgoals.

•       Have customer communication experience,able to handle customer issues under pressure;

•       Self-motivated, stress-resistant and have a“can-do” attitude, able to work with flexible schedule.

•       Excellent command of both English andGerman; Chinese as an advantage.

•       Strong knowledge and proficiency in Linux, systemintegration, basic network architecture.

•       Ideally with basic knowledge of RestfulAPI, SQL, RF.

•       Experience of project related to WirelessCommunication is preferred.

•       Proficient with office tools such as MS project, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio etc.
