Just a frienly reminder, if your purchase is not closed yet, be very careful with the contract at the Notar, as this price really superised me and I hope there is no catch somewhere else.
& }0 O+ s/ C k. ?The house price in Munich is really stable and fair, my cousin has just bought a 2 bed room flat in Beijing, 90 square meter, between the 4th and 5th ring, it costs over 3.7 million RMB, which is also over 400K euor, and I think the quality is a lot worse, I mean the surroundings, the flat itself looks really posh inside..
