Bachelor, Diplom or Master Thesis Opportunity for students in TU Munich

Now Grace Semiconductors (http://www.gracesemi.com) in Shanghai iscooperating with TU München. They are looking for some Chinese studentsat TU München for a Bachlor, Diplom or Master thesis in the field ofsemiconductor device simulation (power MOS, IGBT, new devices) anddesign (analog or rf). There is even the possibility of doing thethesis in Shanghai, within the Grace facilities supervised by TUMünchen of course.
     
The advantages of the project for the students are:
-interesting, cutting-edge and industry-relevant topics
-gettingclose contact with an up-and-coming Chinese semiconductor foundary(very helpful for students that are looking for a job later)
-there will be the possibility to extend the topic of the Master thesis to a PhD-Thesis at the TU München or in Shanghai
