学校概况

合肥工业大学是一所教育部直属的全国重点大学、国家“211工程”重点建设高校和“985工程”优势学科创新平台建设高校,位于全国四大科教基地之一的安徽省会合肥市,是我国人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的重要基地。

合肥工业大学高层次人才引进工作暂行办法(简介)

引进人才条件、要求及待遇

1、第一层次:中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士,港澳台的外籍院士,海外具有相当学术水平的专家、学者

条件建设费不低于400万元(人民币,下同);校内绩效津贴50万元/年(税前标准,下同);在校工作期间提供安家费80万元; 配备工作助手一名,配专车。

2、第二层次:国家科技奖第一、二名获得者、国家重大科技计划首席科学家、国家重大项目负责人,或国内外学术造诣深厚的专家、学者。

条件建设费:自然科学类不低于200万元,人文社科类不低于100万元;校内绩效津贴30万元/年;提供购房补助50万元。

、第三层次:“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者或相当层次人员(年龄一般不超过50岁)。

条件建设费:自然科学类不低于100万元,人文社科类不低于50万元;校内绩效津贴:15-20万元/年;提供购房补助40万元

4、第四层次:教授、具有正高级专业技术职务的工程技术人员(年龄一般不超过45岁)。

条件建设费:自然科学类不低于5万元,人文社科类不低于4万元,若为博士生导师,自然科学类不低于15万元,人文社科类不低于8万元;校内绩效津贴:调入后前两年按照不低于4万元/年发放,两年后根据个人业绩和考核情况重新核定;提供购房补助30万元

入选国家“千人计划”学者的待遇按照国家有关政策执行。

对引进人才,学校负责协调安排其配偶工作和子女入(转)附属中、小学(对于第四层次人才不解决非两地分居配偶工作问题)。

合肥工业大学“黄山学者”特聘教授支持计划实施办法(简介)

1、“黄山学者”特聘教授岗位-优秀人才支持计划

入选条件:

应聘者一般应具有高级专业技术职务,海外应聘者须获得国内外知名大学博士学位,具有较强的科研能力;应聘者年龄一般不超过40周岁(特别优秀者,年龄可适当放宽,参照本办法执行)。

同时还应具备下述条件之一:

(1)教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”获得者

(2)近三年主持过省部级及以上重大、重点项目者;

(3)近三年获得过国家级奖或省部级科学技术二等奖及其以上者;

(4)近三年以第一作者在本学科领域有国际影响力的刊物上公开发表多篇高水平的学术论文等。

相关待遇:

(1)学校为“黄山学者”特聘教授人选组建团队,提供必要的工作条件。

(2)根据学科的不同,经过学校论证后,提供条件建设费50-150万元,分年度实施。

(3)年薪不低于10万元。

(4)提供一次性购房补助30万元。

2、“黄山学者”特聘教授岗位-杰出青年人才支持计划

入选条件:

(1)海外应聘者应获得国内外知名大学博士学位,在海外知名大学或研究机构有博士后、科学研究经历,并在海外学习工作4年以上;国内应聘者应为全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖获得者;

(2)发展潜力大,在本学科领域以第一作者发表具有较高影响的论文(论著),或在本学科主流研究方向上已取得国内外同行公认的重要成果;

(3)应聘者年龄一般不超过35周岁。

相关待遇:

(1)学校为“黄山学者”特聘教授人选组建团队,提供必要的工作条件。

(2)学校聘任入选者为合肥工业大学协议教授,提供条件建设费30-50万元,分年度实施。

合肥工业大学高层次人才引智工作暂行办法(简介)

一、受聘人员条件及要求

1、国外应聘人员一般应担任高水平大学助理教授及以上职位或其他相应职位,国内应聘者应担任教授或相应职位

2.保证每年能在我校工作3个月以上,因特殊原因,最少不得低于2个月。

二、受聘人员待遇

1、学校一般根据受聘人员在学校的实际工作时间支付相应的工作酬金,具体标准为:聘任中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士及具有相当学术水平的专家学者,每年提供12万元的津贴,国内外知名学者及具有正高级专业技术职称的工程技术人员第一年根据其任职及知名情况每月提供5000-30000元的津贴,一年后根据个人业绩和考核情况重新核定。

2、根据受聘人员所在学科(基地)建设需要,经相关专家论证后提供相应的科研条件建设费。

3、学校为受聘人员提供办公及实验用房及来校工作期间的临时生活住房。

4、对海外(境外)学者受聘我校教授,每年报销两次往返驻地与学校之间的旅费。

5、条件成熟时,学校推荐受聘人员申报国家“千人计划”和“长江学者”特聘教授、讲座教授。

Hefei University of Technology’s Recruitment for Talents from Home and Abroad

Profile

Hefei University of Technology(HFUT), one of the key universities directly subordinate to the Ministry of Education, as well as the member university of the National “Project 211”for key construction and “Project 985”for the construction of preponderant disciplines innovation platform, is situated in Hefei, the provincial capital of Anhui, which is one of Four National-Level Science and Technology Bases. Hefei University of Technology is a key base for talent cultivation, scientific research and social service.

There are currently more than 3,700 faculty and staff, including more than 1,800 full time teachers, among them over 1,300 possess senior professional titles. Provisional Regulations for Talent Recruitment of Hefei University of Technology(HFUT)

Requirements, Qualification and Welfare

1.Level One: Academicians from the Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Engineering; foreign academicians from Hong Kong; Macao; and Taiwan; overseas experts and scholars with similar academic achievements.

The funding is more than 4,000,000 RMB. Performance allowance is 500,000 RMB
(without tax, the same below). HFUT will offer relocation subsidy 800,000 RMB and offer an assistant and transportation vehicle for work.

2. Level Two: Candidates should be the winners of the first or second award of the State Science and Technology Awards, the leading scientists of State Major Science and Technology Plan, leaders of the State Major Project, or experts and scholars with profound scientific attainments at home and aboard.

For the candidates whose major is natural science, the funding is more than 2,000,000 RMB. For the candidates majoring in arts and social science, the funding is more than 1,000,000 RMB. The performance allowance is 300,000 RMB per year and HFUT will offer 500,000 RMB for relocation subsidy

3. Level Three: Candidates should be the members of Yangtze River Award Scholar, winners of the State Outstanding Youth Fund or winners of similar awards (Candidates should be less than 50 years old).

For the candidates whose major is natural science, the funding is more than 1,000,000 RMB. For the candidates whose major is arts and social science, the funding is more than 500,000 RMB. The performance allowance is from 150,000 to 200,000 RMB per year and HFUT will offer 400,000 RMB for relocation subsidy.

4. Level Four: The candidates should have full professorship or full senior professional titles (less than 45 years old).

For the candidates whose major is natural science, the funding is more than 50,000 RMB. For the candidates whose major is arts and social science, the funding is more than 40,000 RMB. For the candidates as doctoral tutors in natural science, the funding is more than 150,000 RMB. For the candidates as doctoral tutors in arts and social science, the funding is more than 80,000 RMB. The performance allowance of the first two years will be no less than 40,000 RMB per year, and the performance allowance will be readjusted according to personal performance and assessment. Relocation subsidy is 300,000 RMB.

For Members of the Thousand Talents Program, HFUT will offer welfare according to the relevant policies of the P.R.C.

HFUT will help the candidates with the employment of their spouses, and help their children with the schooling into Affiliated High School and Primary School of HFUT.(HFUT will not provide employment for spouses of level four candidates ,if their spouses have already worked in Hefei.)

Provisional Regulations of Huangshan Mountain Scholars Distinguished visiting professors

Qualification:

1.For Huangshan Mountain Scholars distinguished visiting professors

(Excellent-talents Supporting Program)

Candidates should have senior professional titles. Candidates from abroad will have the doctor degrees granted by prestigious universities from home and abroad and have strong scientific research abilities. Candidates should be less than 40 years old.(For excellent candidates, the age can be flexible.)

Others (one of the following requirements should be met):

a. Members of Trans-century Training Program Foundation for the Talents by the Ministry of Education.

b. Leader of the major or key projects at provincial level in last 3 years.

c. Winner of national award or the first and second prize in Science and Technology Award at provincial level.

d. Authors of quite a number of high-level articles of the research field as the first author in the periodicals with international influence.

Salaries and benefits:

a. HFUT will help to set up the research team and offer relevant working conditions.

b. According to different disciplines, the University will offer funding from 500,000 to 1,500,000 RMB which will be allocated yearly.

c. More than 100,000 RMB yearly income.

d. 300,000 RMB allowance for housing purchasing .

2. For Huangshan Mountain Scholars distinguished visiting professors (Outstanding Young Talent Program)

a. Overseas candidates should have the doctor degrees granted by prestigious universities from home and abroad, and have the post-doctor experience or the research experience abroad for more than 4 years. Domestic applicants should be the winners of Hundred Excellent National Dissertations of Doctoral Degree.

b. Candidates are required to have published certain influential papers as the first author or have already made some achievements which have been admitted by colleagues at home and abroad in the mainstream of the discipline field.

c. Candidates should be less than 35 years old.

Salaries and benefits:


Huangshan Mountain Scholars distinguished visiting professors (Outstanding Young Talents program)

a. HFUT will help to set up the research team and offer relevant working conditions.

b. HFUT will confer the selected candidates as thenegotiated professors and offer funding 300,000 to 500,000 RMB which will be allocated yearly.

c. More than 100,000 RMB yearly income.

d. 300,000 RMB allowance for housing purchasing. The initial 100,000 RMB will be allocated in advance, and the rest will be allocated after the qualification assessment.

For academicians members of the National Thousand Talents Program, distinguished visiting professors of Yangtze River Award Scholar, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.

Provisional Regulations for High-level of Hefei University of

Technology (HFUT)’s Talent Recruitment

1. Qualification

a. Overseas candidates once were associate professors (or above) in top universities, While domestic candidates once were professors or with similar professorship.

b. Candidates are guaranteed to work at HFUT for more than 3 months per year (The minimum working period should be in case of exceptions of no less than two months.).

2. Salaries & Benefits

a. HFUT will offer the salary in accordance with the workload and working time at HFUT. The specific standard is as follows: Academicians from two Academies (Academy of Sciences and Academy of Engineering) and the experts and scholars with the similar academic competence will be offered 120,000 RMB of allowance per year. The acknowledged scholars at home and abroad and technicians boasting full professional titles will be offered from 5,000 to 30,000 RMB per month in accordance with the duty performed or reputation. The allowance will be adjusted once a year by personal assessment.

b. According to the requirements of the discipline(base) construction, research funding will be provided after the relevant verification of experts.

c. HFUT will provide candidates with the office, experiment labs and provisional accommodation during the working time at HFUT.

d. Traveling expenses(twice a year) for overseas candidates between home and
HFUT will be provided.

e. HFUT will recommend selected candidates to apply for the distinguished visiting professors and chair professors of Thousand Talents Program and Yangtze River Scholars.
