Global Accountant – Düsseldorf, Germany
A Global Accountant is needed on permanent basis in Düsseldorf, Germany on behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Applicants should be eligible to work in Germany.

Responsibilities and tasks:
•General accounting and statutory accounting
Accounts Receivables
Booking the banks
Bookkeeping and encoding invoices
Determination of the cost of goods sold and inventory
Tax declarations: VAT, Intrastat etc
Intercompany Reconciliation.
Monthly, yearly internal, external reporting
•Yearly closing
Ad hoc project supporting within the team
•Frequent contacts with statutory auditors, external consultants, local employees and tax authorities


Skills and Qualifications:

•Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Major in International Finance or related subjects.
•1-3 years of relevant working experience.
•Familiar with local accounting system and HGB, knowledge of DATEV and Oracle is an asset.
•Proven ability to handle full set of accounts with audit experience
•Flexible, hard worker and great communicator
•Fluency in English and German.  Chinese language will be a big asset.
