, ^% P' \0 k, E5 }7 y) i5 W* tThe apartment is on the first floor and is 49 sqm with a living room, renovated bathroom, separate kitchen and a big bedroom (see attached pics). Price is 350€ plus Nebenkosten (water and building and patio maintenance) 60€, so total Kaltmiete 410€. No agent fee!
