现住学生宿舍，最近在找私房1-Zimmer Wohnung. 居然也让我碰到了骗人的房东， 因为有前人以前提醒过， 所以看一眼就知道这是骗子。很快又有新学期了，很多新来的同学可能不清楚。特此把收到的这封骗人信公布。里面包含了鉴别是否是骗人的各种元素：英语回信 说自己人不在德国 废话太多介绍很多自己有的没的 钥匙会邮寄给你 通过一个第三方机构等。据前人介绍 这种情况里，你永远不会有机会先去做一下Besichtigung 因为这个房子根本不存在，骗了你的汇款后钥匙是永远不会来的。

有个专门网站，大家可以查询是否是租房骗子。据介绍，骗子的名字会改变，但是email一般不会改变，所以通过email可以查询。我一开始也是在德国网站上找房子，后来收到了骗子的email。 一般情况下，骗子的房子很便宜，地理位置好，不要中介费，然后就是上面说的用英语回复，即使用德语的，都是网上翻译的，错误百出。记住，德国人都喜欢并希望你能转账的，所以，不要通过第三方来完成转账或者提前给钱。

I just read your e-mail regarding my apartment located in :Schellingstraße 11 91052 Erlangen. It has 2 rooms :  1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room.
