Entry Level Position

* Learn business process and project management of sales, service, installation function etc. in the branch under the guidance of the mentor.

* Be familiar with branch functions and operation management through structured rotation.

* Cooperate with relevant departments and colleagues to develop the company business.

* After 2 years, the company will offer the participants the stretch positions like project manager, department supervisor or manager, office supervisor or manager etc.

* For 4-7 years, the participants will be promoted to department manager, branch manager or branch General Manager etc.

* For over 10 years, the participants will be promoted to senior manager, branch general manager or regional general manager etc.
