Job description:
·       Comprehensiveand professional support for our customers by online chating, email and phone
·       Takeownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
·       Controlof data quality
·       Complaintmanagement
·       Systemtraining and assistance with data maintenance
·       Developservice procedures, policies and standards
·       Workingwith the product experts to resolve difficult issues and update the product
·       Activecontribution to the continuous improvement of our processes and the expansionof our internal knowledge database


Job requirements:
·       Bachelordegree or above, 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customersupport and ticket management
·       Professionalcustomer service experience, including but not limited to multi-channelcustomer service, such as Calling center, etc.
·       Firstexperiences in e-commerce or start-ups are an advantage
·       Excellentanalytical and problem solving skills required to assess and resolve issueswith strong attention to details.
·       Professionalcustomer service standards and quality, excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills,
·       Excellentknowledge of management methods and techniques are an advantage
·       Excellent learning ability, advancedtroubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, strong responsibility, courtesy andenthusiasm
·       Fluent in English, any otherEuropean languages such as German, French or Spanish is a plus

·        通过在线聊天、电子邮件和电话为我们的客户提供全面和专业的支持;

·        与国内工程师配合解决客户提出的较难的技术问题,促进产品更新

任职要求:
·        本科及以上学历, 2年以上工作经验,客户支持和票务管理优先
·        客户服务领域相关工作经验,包括但不限于多渠道客户服务,如呼叫中心等。
·        有电子商务或初创企业经验者优先
·        评估和解决问题所需的出色分析和解决问题的技能,并且非常注重细节。
·        专业的客户服务标准和质量,出色的口头和书面沟通技巧,
·        在管理方法和技术方面的相关知识和能力是一个优势
·        优秀的学习能力、较强的故障排除和多任务处理能力、强烈的责任感、对待客户要礼貌、热情
·        流利的英语,任何其他欧洲语言,如德语、法语或西班牙语是一个加分项
