Finance Manager

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide the corresponding reports to the HQ for the consolidation and analysis
• Work with internal and external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Prepare annual financial budget and control cost
• Business partner other teams to meet company focused goals
• HR Management: payroll, recruitment, performance appraisal
• Support office administration affairs
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting and Finance studies is required;
• A minimum of three years of related experiences in the finance area and possesses knowledge of accounting and external reporting standards, such as HGB or IFRS
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, accounting supervisor or Finance Manager will be preferred
• Speak English fluently and Germany or Chinese as a second language
• ERP experiences for DATEV and Oracle will be preferred  
• Strong self motivation and result driven.
