LTIC – Lotus Tech Innovation Centre in Raunheim of Hesse, close to the Frankfurt International Airport. As the successor of Geely Auto Technical Deutschland GmbH, which was founded in September 2018, LTIC is from October 2021 reorganized to become an acknowledged Lotus Tech facility that puts technology and innovation at the core of its business.

LTIC is a global team, developing and delivering excellent, innovative solutions, in new electrified propulsion systems and next-generation mobility technologies and will focus on the development of premium and luxury Lotus vehicles.


IT Strategy and Governance (m/f/d)

Location:  Raunheim, HE

Responsibilities：

Building the bridge between IT and business unites

Single Point of Contact for business unites regarding their requirements on IT systems: collecting, consolidating and prioritizing business requirements with focus on SAP, BPM, HR, procumbent etc.

Collaborate with the Head of IT, the global IT team and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and project plan for customization and rollout of the global IT systems

Leading IT projects to ensure the implementation of the IT system fulfil the business requirements

Collaboration with other IT colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a smoothly transition of the IT projects from development to operation

Work closely with Head of IT and other stakeholders to manage and optimize IT budget

Work closely with Head of IT and other stakeholder to define and implement IT governance and strategy principles



Requirements：

Successful study of Computer science/Business administration or comparable

Strong understanding of IT-Systems like SAP, e-HR, BPM software etc.

Experience and knowledge of project management, experience with agile project management methodology like Scrum

Strong communication skill with open and structed mindset, ability to bring business and IT together by understanding the principles of both world

Fluency in English and German, speaking Chinese (mandarin) would be a plus

Enthusiasm to work with different culture, open minded, solution driven, open minded, solution driven, highly motivated

High level of engagement to solve any issues and drive issue resolution.

Positive attitude, resolute and highly skilled to drive for results.

Flexible regarding travels to UK Innovation Centre, Sweden, China and other countries if needed.

High integrity and trust in all activities and communication.
