Position: e-Commerce GTM Assistant
Job location: Dusseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities
• Support Sales Manager in project management, ensuring effective execution of Go-to-Market plans, including product launches, phase-outs, and pricing strategies
• Conduct comprehensive market research to develop expertise in specific product categories. Collaborate with the GTM and sales teams to skillfully present products to customers
• Support GTM and sales teams to devise effective Incentive and Joint-Marketing plans
• Analyze intake, sales, and inventory data at weekly basis, contributing to effective demand planning processes
• Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly business plans
Capacity & Skill Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
• Strong willing to learn and grow capability in consumer electronic business
• Work experience in market research, retail sales or B2C business will be preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work independently with a strong teamwork attitude
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing
