Working experience: min. 10+ years working experience (5+ years in Industry Equipment manufacturer 装备及设备制造业 in sales/Engineering/production/service positions or in customer site 设备用户 in plant maintenance, 设备部，维保部 as 设备工程师）
Education major: Energy and Power Engineering 能源与动力工程, Mechanical Engineering 机械科学与工程
Job role/function:
(1) First 6-12 months HQ training and learning by doing: working in PL M&S team as back office count part for regions sales accounts, or as PL sales driving key opportunity directly
(2) Following 3-5 years in RHQ Shanghai: as regional backbone to support countries sales, special in communication/escalation with/to HQ. Involvement in key/special sales opportunities pursuit actively. Bridge between HQ M&S team to regional/country's sales team
